Deposits and bookings were getting lost. That cost the owner money and it cost the artists money.
What we fixed
We built EtchPath for King & Cross. It is the shop's CRM for deposits and bookings, and it automates the steps that were being dropped.
The result
No deposits get lost. EtchPath captures deposits at a 100% success rate.
